You agree to be bound by these terms/conditions when accessing or using the service. If you do not agree with any part, you do not have permission to access any part of our service.
General
- We provide IPTV Subscriptions and IPTV Reseller Panels only.
- ADRNL is not responsible for the Video/Audio content and does not guarantee or claim any rights to the content.
- ADRNL is just a reseller for many providers.
- Channels & VOD in any package are subject to update, change, or removal at any time without prior notice.
- ADRNL's responsibility is limited to activating the subscription for the agreed period. A screenshot showing the expiration date will be sent to the registered email.
- 1 subscription = 1 connection; you can't use more than one device per subscription.
- Any attempt to use over 1 device simultaneously exposes your subscription to permanent termination.
- The client is responsible for sending his device information, including the type, model, app used, and MAC, if applicable.
- If we don't record device information within the order notes, we will send it as M3U information, which cannot be changed.
- Our providers perform maintenance on their servers from time to time. This could happen at any time, and the time frame is not estimated.
- Buffering, freezing, and not working content is normal in any IPTV in the world; therefore, you may find these issues.
- The clients are responsible for learning how IPTV works and its nature.
- Any IPTV Package could be replaced with any other if it is unavailable.
- IPTV Subscription credentials are usually sent to the client's registered email within 1 business day after receiving clear payment.
- For IPTV Resellers, ADRNL is only responsible for activating and sending the IPTV Reseller Panel information, including the agreed-upon credit points.
- We don't and will not provide any assistance for any of the IPTV Reseller panel issues.
Subscriptions
ADRNL guarantees that all TV subscription codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed-upon period. A screenshot showing the IPTV Subscription information and the expiration date will be sent to the client's registered information. We don't have any control over server issues, such as stopping or not working content. Contact us, and we will do our best to fix the problems.
ADRNL is not responsible for any subscriptions purchased from the wrong type of IPTV receiver box.
Service Cancellation/Hold
You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel or place your subscription on hold. Your usage of any subscription will be canceled or held once you reach the end of your current subscription. No payment is needed to cancel or place your subscription on hold.
Contents & Other Service Packages
The provision for any packages may vary, and we may add or remove any service without prior notice. ADRNL is a service transporter only. Hence, a service can be changed (added/removed) according to the broadcasting laws; a service transporter can only change (add/remove) channels according to the broadcasting laws.
Payment
Your payment is handled by secure online payment gateways. To pay using your Credit or Debit card, your card must be 3D Authenticated to get approved by our payment gateway's processor. If a transaction fails, contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction and enable 3D Authentication.

Communications
By creating an account on our service, you agree to subscribe to newsletters, marketing or promotional materials, and other information we may send. However, you may opt out of receiving any of these communications by following the unsubscribe link or instructions in any emails we send.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any of our products or services, you may be asked to supply specific information relevant to your order. This information can include, but is not limited to, your credit card number, the credit card's expiration date, your billing address, and shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or another payment method(s) in connection with any purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is accurate, correct, and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, errors in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may immediately terminate your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any security breach or unauthorized use of your account.
Refund Policy
At ADRNL, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. If you have any technical or sales queries, please get in touch with us first and foremost. However, if you feel the service you purchased is not the best fit for your requirements and you have attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.
We do not provide refunds on service purchases. We will work to ensure you are pleased with your purchase. Please ensure you buy the correct service and plan. Once you request a refund, you can't subscribe again to our service at any time.
